Refunds
Immediate access
Before paying you confirm that you want immediate access to the digital content and that you lose your 14-day legal right of withdrawal once access starts.
Our voluntary 14-day refund
Even so, we refund you in full if you ask within 14 days of the purchase. Write to hello@citizenprep.org from the email you used to buy, or reply to the welcome email. Your access ends when the refund is made.
How long it takes
The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
After 14 days
We do not refund after 14 days, except where the law requires it or the service was not delivered.
