Frequently asked questions
Is this official?
No. It is an independent project, not affiliated with Migri or any government body. The questions are based on official sources, which we show with every answer.
Does it guarantee I will pass?
No. It is practice material and we do not guarantee you will pass the test.
What will the real test look like?
We could not find the official format published. We use an estimated format (30 questions, 45 minutes, pass mark 70%) and update within 7 days of publication.
How do I get access?
After paying you come back to the site already signed in, no password. To use another device, enter your email and the 6-digit code we send.
How many devices can I use?
On the 30-day pass and Until the exam, up to 3 devices; on Duo, up to 6 (2 people). Signing in beyond the limit signs out the oldest device and we email you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the first 14 days if you ask. By buying you request immediate access and give up the legal right of withdrawal; the refund is a courtesy from us.
How often is it updated?
We update the content within 7 days of any relevant official publication.
What data do you keep?
We keep your email and the purchase record. Your progress stays on your device. We do not store nationality or immigration status.
